Role of the sub-sectors.

Day 2
Customer Experience. Their behaviors and how it’s measured

Day 3
The 4 Dimensions of Tourism

The Profile of Successful Guide featuring:

Presentation Skills
Business Etiquette

Day 7
On-ground application with a senior professional tour guide
